Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time; refund entitlements are governed by the cancellation policy in Section 7.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will continue to apply following any termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We encourage participants to reach out to us directly in the first instance if any concern arises. Most matters can be resolved through open and respectful communication. Participants may contact us at [email protected] to raise a concern.
